The first suit I ever wore? Yeah, it was at a wedding. I was probably about four years old. I was a page boy. It was a double-breasted suit with pinstripes—massive pinstripes. And I was wearing pink shirt with ruffles on it, and a bow tie.

Soooo…. Sherlock meetup at WonderCon this weekend?

Any of you cats interested? Or feel like spreading the word? Or helping figure this shit out?

When? Where? Just something casual, get together, act like crazy folks together, take some brilliant photos, you know, the like.

Lets jam about this. My ask is always open.

When I buy fruit and veggies, I always soak them in a 1:4 ratio of vinegar and water to help remove toxins and pesticides. I leave them soaking for up to an hour, longer with nonorganic apples. At the end of the bath, sometimes you can even see cloudy like stuff in the water from the skins and waxes, and dirt on the bottom.

good idea ^

THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS MAGICAL IDEA WITH THE WORLD

Also works for fruit fly eggs apparently.

this also prevents mold on berries! those bitches will last until they’re dried out and gross and no one even wants to eat them anymore. you should use more like a 1:10 ratio for berries tho. soak them for a few minutes and then dry them thoroughly, without rinsing the vinegar off. it’s not enough vinegar to really taste (maybe a little bit of bite, and it’s better if you use apple cider vinegar). put ‘em back in the fridge and enjoy!

Works on all you leafy things too.Know how spinach and cilantro always go slimy before you can use them up? Give them a vinegar bath and they last waaaaaaaaay longer. The vinegar also kills any mold or mildew spores, and a lot of the bacteria that causes food to spoil faster.
